Kliniderm® Superabsorbent is an advanced wound dressing designed for wounds with moderate to heavy fluid levels. Its four-layer design quickly absorbs and locks away wound fluid while helping maintain a moist healing environment.

  • A non-stick contact layer allows fluid to pass through without adhering to the wound.
  • A distribution layer spreads fluid evenly through the dressing.
  • A highly absorbent core containing SAP polymers absorbs and retains large amounts of fluid.
  • A fluid-resistant backing layer helps prevent leakage while remaining breathable.

By keeping excess fluid away from the wound and surrounding skin, the dressing supports healing and helps reduce the risk of skin maceration.
