  • When can you expect your delivery?

    All orders received before 15:00 on a normal working day will be processed same day.  Standard delivery is via our own fleet of vehicles or courier network.  Goods normally arrive next day but allow a delivery period of two to three working days from purchase, subject to stock availability.
  • What are our delivery charges?

    All orders over £75.00 ex VAT will be delivered carriage paid.  Orders under this amount will be subject to a £7.95 carriage charge.  Please note capital equipment items such as carpet machines, medical couches etc may be subject to extra delivery charges - please enquire at point of order.
  • Can we mark your order as urgent and get it out asap?

    For delivery guaranteed next working day, this will incur a delivery charge of £9.95 ex VAT.  Please note if your order is after 14:00 and you have requested next day delivery, this will be subject to availability and you're more than welcome to contact us to discuss this at the time of your order.  We also offer guaranteed next working day delivered to you before midday which will incur a £14.95 ex VAT delivery charge.
  • What happens if your goods arrive damaged?

    In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please report the problem to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of the package and we will resolve the problem for you.

COSHH Training/Folders

  • Do we offer COSHH Training?

    Absolutely! For existing customers, we offer COSHH Training at no additional cost.  Book your training online here: Click Here

    If you are a new customer, then the training will be chargeable subject to your requirements.  Please fill out the link and we will be in touch to confirm your requirements and costings.
  • How often should you update your COSHH folders?

    We recommend updating your COSHH folders on an annual basis.  Please contact your account manager or email sales@advancesuppliesuk.com to request for these to be updated.
  • What qualifications should I have before carrying out the COSHH assessments?

    You don't need any particular qualifications but you must be competent.  This means that you must have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to do the job properly.  You will get this from attending one of our COSHH Training Session.


Loyalty Scheme/Points

  • Can you collect points on all of your purchases?

    Every purchase you make online will gain you loyalty points, if you do place an order via email, phone or fax then you will not qualify for points on these purchases.
  • How do you redeem points?

    Points can only be redeemed online.  They can be used in part or full against any future order. The current redemption value of points is 1 point = £0.01.
  • Do my loyalty points expire?

    Your loyalty points will be valid for a year, and if they haven't been used up before then they will expire.
