Orders, Deliveries & Returns

When can you expect your delivery?

All orders received before 15:00 on a normal working day will be processed same day. Standard delivery is via our own fleet of vehicles or courier network. Goods normally arrive next day but allow a delivery period of two to three working days from purchase, subject to stock availability.

What are our delivery charges?

All orders over £75.00 ex VAT will be delivered carriage paid. Orders under this amount will be subject to a £7.95 carriage charge. Please note capital equipment items such as carpet machines, medical couches etc may be subject to extra delivery charges - please enquire at point of order.

Can we mark your order as urgent and get it out asap?

For delivery guaranteed next working day, this will incur a delivery charge of £9.95 ex VAT. Orders after 14:00 for next day delivery are subject to availability. We also offer next working day delivery before midday at £14.95 ex VAT.

What happens if your goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please report the problem to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt of the package and we will resolve the problem for you.

COSHH Training/Folders

Do we offer COSHH Training?

Absolutely! For existing customers, we offer COSHH Training at no additional cost. Book your training online here. New customers will be charged based on requirements. Fill out the form and we'll be in touch to confirm your needs and costings.

How often should you update your COSHH folders?

We recommend updating your COSHH folders on an annual basis. Please contact your account manager or email sales@advancesuppliesuk.com to request updates.

What qualifications should I have before carrying out the COSHH assessments?

You don't need any specific qualifications, but you must be competent -- meaning you have the knowledge, skills, and experience to carry out assessments properly. Our COSHH Training sessions will prepare you for this.

Loyalty Scheme/Points

Can you collect points on all of your purchases?

Every purchase you make online will earn you loyalty points. Orders placed via email, phone, or fax will not qualify for points.

How do you redeem points?

Points can only be redeemed online. They can be used in part or full against any future order. The current redemption value is 1 point = £0.01.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Your loyalty points will be valid for a year. If not used within that time, they will expire.
