The term Advance Supplies or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for a. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opurtunities; b. loss or corruption of any data, database or software; c. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  • Written notification must be received within 7 days of non delivery. Damaged goods must be reported to our customer service team within 24hrs of receipt of the package, before a credit or replacement goods can be issued.
  • All orders placed through our website are subject to review in the current climate, due to the prices changing regularly.  We reserve the right to amend pricing, refuse or cancel any orders that may have already been paid for.  You will be notifed of any changes.
  • Any loyalty points received by placing order via our website will expire after 12 months if they have not been redeemed by the customer.

 

Trading

By trading with Advance Supplies, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  • The description of the goods in our wesite, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods.
  • When an order has been made, we can reject it for any reason, where possible we will try to tell the reason without delay.
  • All payments must be made in British Pounds unless otherwise agreed in writing between us.
  • Payment is due on presentation of invoice, or (in the case of approved accounts only) net 30 days of invoice date. Written notification must be recieved within 7 days of non-delivery or within 24hrs of receipt for damaged goods, before any credit or replacement goods can be issued.
  • Items ordered in specially for a customer, cannot be returned for a credit. Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without prior agreement, and we reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge. Items must be intact, unmarked and in a resalable condition. 
  • We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 3% per calander month (or part of a month) on all overdue accounts.
  • In the event of a debt being passed to a Debt Collection Agency, there will be a set adminstration charge of £25 plus VAT and additional interest will be charged on the amount owed, you will also be liable for any Court costs and fees charged by the Debt Collection Agency.
  • Although the risk of damage the the goods shall pass to the buyer immediately upon delivery, the ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until they have been paid for in full, and until any other sums which are due from the buyer to the seller have been paid in full. In the meantime the buyer shall hold the goods as bailee and trustee for the seller and shall return upon request, and if the buyer fails to do so the seller may enter the premises af the buyer to reposses the goods. Our terms shall prevail over any conditions proffered by the customer.
  • In line with our policy of progressive development of our product ranges, we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
  • Prices are subjct to VAT at standard rate. We will maintain prices as long as possible, but they may be altered without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of despatch.
